well i dont know whats been coming over me i have been getting to bed realy early when i dont even want to ... ive been falling asleep considerably early and its not even what i want to do i just find myself waking up in the morning wondering  ' how the hell did i fall asleep ' i would be walking around my house and next thing i know im out doid something strange only to realise that im asleep!vthis is so messed up ive been crashing from my estimates aaround 10:30 - 11 pm! this is unacceptable i normaly stay awake till about 2 or 3 am! grr its just frustrating to me
